  • All vehicles are delivered with a specified amount of fuel, and the renter is required to return the car with the same fuel level.
  • The cost of car wash and fuel shortage is the renter's responsibility. The car wash fee is 5.00 USD for economy cars and 6.50 USD for regular cars.
  • Smoking inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in an additional car wash fee.

  • Contract extensions are only possible upon mutual agreement and through an official written amendment to the existing contract.
  • The daily mileage limit for rental cars in Kish is 120 km. If exceeded, an extra charge will be calculated based on the rental rate.
  • For monthly and yearly rentals, the daily mileage limit is 100 km.

  • Smoking is prohibited, and renters must maintain the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Non-compliance will result in car wash fees being charged as per the invoice.
    The renter is responsible for their personal belongings and documents inside the car during the rental period. Once the vehicle is returned, the company assumes no responsibility for any lost items left behind.
  • Late returns:
    Up to 3 hours late: 20% of the daily rental fee per hour.
    More than 3 hours late: Full daily rental fee applies.

  • A basic car wash costs AED 25, as all vehicles are delivered to customers fully cleaned and sanitized. At the end of the rental period, AED 25 will be deducted from the car wash fee.
  • Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and carries a fine of AED 200. Due to Dubai’s humid climate, cigarette smoke leaves an unpleasant odor that can cause dissatisfaction for the next renter. If smoking is detected inside the car, AED 200 will be charged for a full cleaning.
  • A security deposit for traffic fines is required when renting a car in the UAE. This deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. This amount will be refunded after 7 days.     From reservation up to 48 hours before pickup: 25% of the rental fee is deducted.
